In this workshop, we will explore the marine biodiversity of the Mediterranean, discuss the species most commercially exploited today, and examine various fishing methods. As part of the workshop, we will sort a catch to learn how to distinguish between different types. Participants will also learn to overcome any hesitation about touching fish—a sensation that many people find unusual simply because they are not accustomed to it.
